I have been trying for several years to drop 10 pounds that just would not come off. Once you reach that  "magical" age and things just start to go south it becomes even harder. For years I have been active and maintained a healthy diet, but to no avail in losing the dreaded "muffin top".  I had talked to several people that had tried the HCG diet and it had worked for them. I decided to give it a try as well since other methods of exercise and diet were not working. I decided to go with Dr. Bird's program because I felt like he took the time to listen to me. The injections were my biggest worry but thanks to Dr. Bird they turned out to be the easiest part. I was thrilled when the first few pounds started to come off. Then things slowed down and I maintained for a week or so. Then towards the end, the pounds really started to drop off. I have now been off the diet for a little over a month and have even lost a couple more. I am so pleased with the results as it was next to impossible for me to lose as some would say "just 10 pounds", but I did!
