I am ecstatic with the results of the HCG Diet. I lost over 27 lbs and 2 sizes on the 6 week program! Using the recipes Dr. Bird provided, I was never hungry and the recipes were great. My husband lost 10 lbs too just by going by the diet alone. He was very supportive because I included him with the meals (not like other plans). So this was a WIN – WIN situation for me.
