I wanted to thank you for helping me on my weight loss journey. You were very attentive while walking me through the process when I had questions or concerns. I was a bit skeptical about the HCG diet when I first heard about it. As you know I emailed you for a couple of months with my questions while doing my research before joining the program. I must say I regret my hesitation. In the 23 days of being on the program, I lost 16lbs! I wish I would have done this sooner. Like any diet, it is difficult at first but after the first-week things got much easier and I started to see the pounds shed. I now fit in clothes that were too tight for me a month ago. I feel great. If you follow the program it definitely works! I have told many people about this program and will continue to recommend it to anyone who will listen.
