I have been dieting for over 25 years. I have tried every diet out there. I have lost some weight but never reached my goal. Of course, it would take 2-5 months to see some progress and I was never fully satisfied with the results. The HCG diet has been the easiest diet in the shortest amount of time. Dr. Bird was very helpful and made this diet the best ever. If I had any concerns or questions Dr. Bird was there for me. He even emailed me on Sunday! I would definitely recommend this diet and Dr. Bird to all my friends and family.
