Over 40 days ago, I started the HCG diet and what I thought would be a difficult and tortuous step to eat less and drink more water. I wanted weight loss! I always knew I needed to drink more water and that my bad eating habits would catch up with me, so I was pleasantly surprised at the ease and effortless transition. After 30 days and a 15 lb fat loss, I wanted more! I signed up and committed to another 10 days. I now begin my first week of maintenance 21.2 lbs lighter and several dress sizes smaller.  Marie and Dr. Bird were always very supportive and encouraging.
